Waiting time allowance at Storey Street Medical Centre Car Park

At the moment, whilst waiting for a spouse or partner to pick up prescriptions there is no waiting time allowance in the car park. The traffic wardens will issue a ticket even whilst you wait with your car in the main car park. There is no waiting time allowed. The wardens demand you "drive around the area" whilst waiting even just two minutes for your partner and despite these being important medical matters. I'd like to have a 10 minute waiting allowance at this particular car park for those who can prove (with prescription) that they have a genuine medical need to be there. It is within the remit of Hull City Council to do something positive here. This problem is a distraction from an otherwise wonderful medical facility.
